PILATES BENEFITS

Working both stretch and strength at the same time, Pilates will open the joints and create dynamic flexibility throughout the entire body as well as mind.

WHAT TO EXPECT

BEFORE:  Dress comfortably in loose, non-restrictive clothing so you can move with ease. Eat light. Refrain from carbonated beverages.

DURING:  We typically begin with rebalancing the foot structure and work our way up the body. A combination of foundational matwork along with the WUNDA CHAIR & small equipment will be used.

AFTER:  Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water. You will have stretched and strengthened muscles group and bones, leaving you feeling energized and lighter. You may notice improved posture or be more aware of your posture.
